Material: mainly carbon steel or alloy steel, with a carbon content between 0.45% and 0.82%, and elements such as chromium (Cr) and boron (B) are often added to optimize performance.
Process: It is formed by multiple rolling (rough rolling, intermediate rolling, and finishing rolling) combined with water cooling, wire drawing, and temperature-controlled cooling processes. Parameters such as wire drawing rate (78-85m/s) and holding time (200-300 seconds) need to be precisely controlled to ensure uniformity of the structure.
Standard: It complies with ISO 16124:2015 international standards and has strict specifications for dimensional tolerance, surface quality (no cracks, impurities), bending performance, and packaging and transportation.
